INVITACIÓN a la presentaciòn de Social Network analysis and Knowledge Economy

Como parte de los Eventos que OPS desarrolla sobre Redes de Conocimientos, se invita a participar de las presentaciones que harán el Gerente del Proyecto sobre E-health de la OMS sobre Análisis de Redes Sociales  y el Sr. Danilo Piaggesi, sobre Economía del Conocimiento..
Será una conferencia en la plataforma Elluminate, el 22 de julio, desde Washington, de 10 -12hs. En Bs. As.

Social network analysis [SNA] is the mapping and measuring of relationships and flows between people, groups, organizations, computers, web sites, and other information/knowledge processing entities. The nodes in the network are the people and groups while the links show relationships or flows between the nodes. SNA provides both a visual and a mathematical analysis of relationships.
Knowledge Economy [KE] is not a subject per se, but rather a new development paradigm where education, information / communication technologies and infrastructure, innovation, social inclusion and property rights protection converge in a “virtuous” circle to make Knowledge an intangible asset with market value that can contribute substantially to economic growth
This event will provide a forum for PAHO staff and PAHO Partners to present their experiences and/or recommendations on key issues linked to the SNA and KE topics. It will also facilitate discussion and exchange on the issues.
